|
Linda Bearman has spent most of her life working in the world of the performing arts. She began acting
on the stage as a child, continued her acting studies with Robert Alexander (Arena Stage- Washington DC), followed by receiving a
BA in Acting from the College of Santa Fe where she studied with members of the Actors Studio-NY and members of The National
Theatre of Great Britain. In Linda's last year she won the Greer Garson Theatre Scholarship and had the privilege of
performing with the late Greer Garson in her final stage performance. In addition
to acting Linda has extensive experience in almost all aspects of the theatre and has also worked on many films in a variety
of positions from acting to casting to management. While living in Los Angeles,
CA, she was hired by KingWorld Productions and worked on shoots for "Oprah", Jeopardy" and "Wheel
of Fortune". Special opportunity arrived when she was hired by Sutton, Barth and Vennari, Inc. ( a prestigious
commercial talent agency) where she learned the art of voice over and became an agent working with "A list talent",
celebrities and beginners. It was in LA that Linda was invited to guest teach in many classes.
Upon moving to Utah, Linda continued to teach and to work on films before co-founding and operating the enormously
successful Talent Management Group (TMG), Inc. Into the eleventh year, Linda retired from TMG, Inc in order to devote
more time with family. She is thrilled to focus and work on selective projects
and with arts organizations that provide unparalleled quality of performance and education in hopes of making a positive
contribution to society.
